Tracy Stoddart Primozich began as director of admissions at Bethany Seminary on October 28, 2011. Her responsibilities focus on designing and implementing a recruitment plan, working with Church of the Brethren congregations and districts to identify and call prospective students and organizing Bethany's visibility to prospects through media and events.
"Tracy brings many skills and experiences to the position, from cultivating relationships with multigenerational groups to creating and designing promotional materials. She has worked for McPherson College and the Church of the Brethren General Board [now Mission and Ministry Board], and has provided leadership on denominational committees," said Brenda Reish, executive director of student and business services.
Primozich is a 2010 graduate of Bethany Seminary and a licensed minister in the Church of the Brethren, holding a master of divinity degree with emphases in youth and young adult studies and peace studies. In a variety of educational and denominational settings, she has had lead roles in Brethren Volunteer Service, college residence life and student leadership, worship coordination, Brethren youth activities and camps, and institutional representation at conferences.
A lifelong member of the Church of the Brethren, Primozich says, "I am excited about the opportunity to implement experiences and develop relationship with persons who wish to engage in the exploration of their faith through ministry rooted in this distinctive tradition."
