Webcast and Recordings of Western Plains Gathering V (Oct 23-25, 2009)
Join us for…
- A Celebration of Transformation
- Stretching New Ideas
- A Challenge to your Discipleship
This event is now over. However, recordings of all sessions webcast are already available-- see below! UPDATE: We had significant difficulty with the limited internet connection in Salina, KS. We did the best we could within the limitations we encountered, but we know that the quality of the webcast suffered occasionally. Thank you for your patience. -EE |
A collaboration of Bethany Theological Seminary's Electronic Communications and the Church of the Brethren Transforming Practices, Congregational Life Ministries, will make it possible for sessions of the Western Plains Gathering V available to be viewed live over the internet. Sessions that are broadcast will also be recorded and available to viewed here after the event.
The Gathering, to be held October 23-25, 2009, will be at the Webster Conference Center, Salina, Kansas. However, these webcasts will allow participation by other interested person from anywhere in the world internet access is available. All that is needed to participate is a personal computer with an high-speed internet connection and sound--the webcast will display in your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or others). Simply follow the directions at the bottom of this page to participate in this event. HINT: This may be done individually, or in groups--we encourage churches to set up a projector so as to share this experience this with others!
