Student Lodging for Intensives

If you are a Bethany student coming to Richmond for a weekend or two-week intensive and you're looking for a place to stay, here are some options:

Brethren House is Bethany's hospitality house and is located half a block away from campus. Availability is very limited and is on a first-come-first-served basis. Nightly Lodging Rates are $25 for one person in a room/$30 for two persons in a room. Meals may be available.  Call to reserve your place early, it fills up fast. Lauramoore Guest House and Retreat Center is an historic home operated by the Earlham School of Religion. There are nine rooms available, most with a single bed. Cost is $50 per night.  504 NW 5th Street.  Please contact Matthew Mosey at 765-983-1687 or moseyma@earlham.edu to make arrangements.

Quaker Hill Conference Center is about 2 miles northeast of the seminary campus. Lodging rates for students who make reservations through Bethany are as follows:
Two week intensives (5-10 night stays): $20/person/night single and double occupancy.
Weekend Intensives (1-2 night stays): $35/person/night single occupancy, $25/person/night double occupancy.

Newman Residence is a local community residence.  Their emphasis is low cost housing for student in higher education.  They not only serve Bethany students, but also ESR, IU East, and Ivy Tech students. They have a guest room and occasionally have other rooms available for short stays. Lodging is $10 per person per night.  No meals are provided.  They charge $10 per night.  Call 765-935-2010.
