Forum 2014 Registration and Payment

Note: You must review the breakout session options prior to beginning this registration, as you will be required to request which breakout session you would prefer (first and second choices)

To register for this year's Pre-Forum Gathering and/or the Presidential Forum, complete the following form. Please register only one person at a time (submit this form multiple times for multiple people).  Upon completion of this form, you will be taken to the payment page, where you may pay online with any major credit card.  If you have already successfully submitted this registration form and received an email confirmation, yet did not submit your payment, please use the following link to jump directly to the Payment Page to pay now.

If desired, you may register here, and then pay by check (instructions will be on the payment page).  If you would prefer to register by postal mail, you may print this form, complete it, and return it to the Presidential Forum at the address on the bottom of this page. 

Attendance will be limited to the first 150 registrants. This form will close when all registrations have been filled.  We suggest you register early!  Registrations are considered complete, and your space reserved, only after payment has been received.

Registration fees will be waived for high school, college, or seminary students.  By entering the name of the qualifying school you attend here, you will not have to pay for your registration.
In this space, please list any dietary restrictions, or other helpful information we should have, so that we might do our best to accommodate you.  You may also enter questions or other comments for us in this space.
Breakout Session Selection
On Saturday afternoon, sisters and brothers within the Brethren faith will lead participants in new ways of experiencing and thinking about Love Feast. Please select your first and second choices of sessions below. While we will try to accommodate your preferred choice, attendance will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The fee to obtain Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for any or all events is a flat $10, including for students. Participants must attend all of the sessions on a given day in order to receive CEUs for that day.  Select any or all of the options to receive CEUs.

KimberlyNot long ago, I was uncertain if I would be a Bethany student. My calling to ministry holds a strong commitment to the church, but has always extended beyond church doors. I am passionate about the ways God is moving within congregations, but committed also to those who seek God outside of the institutional structures. One of the primary places. I feel most fully engaged in life-giving ministry is as a spiritual director. Several years ago I completed a certification program in spiritual direction and feel deeply honored to listen with individuals, groups, and organizations about how ordinary life meets with our extraordinary God.
